Hampton History Museum

The educational aim of the Hampton History Museum is to increase the knowledge and understanding of the vast history of Hampton and its residents. For nearly four centuries Hampton has played an active role in the development of our nation. The museum tells the story of the Powhatan Indians, the 17th century settlers, the Revolutionary War and Civil War soldiers, and individuals who rebuilt the town through reconstruction and later helped the town emerged through the space industry.
